Goal Setting - Part 2

You maybe found me like to talk about goal setting. It is because it is indeed the first thing fundamentally that we have to plan before setting up a business, or even to plan our own LIFE PLAN

When setting our goals, think big - but not extravagant or unlimited - big as opposed to small, overly cautious and hesitant. Little plans lack the magic that stirs the blood and have about as much chance for success as their size. There is risk associated with big goals. But there is some risk in any goal. And if we are not willing to take risks, you should not be in the game. We may have seen too many who never had the thrill of testing themselves with long stretch on a limb. Their careers are oriented around the self-induced fear of failure. It's sound dull. And how sad, to have fear dictate and compromise the healthy, normal desire to succeed.

So reach out toward the stars. If we fall short, reach again. Adjust our sights to reality, but don't grab the security blanket and suck your thumb. That is for tots who are in a protected environment but do not realize it. Our environment actually is not protected. And we are actually like we are in a jungle, where the tigers have a way of eating up thumb-sucking blanket-huggers. Besides, goal-setting is one of the best ways to stroke ourselves psychologically.

In setting up a team, or a company, or even a study group for student. The first thing we need in spite of the goal setting is to find partner/s and colleagues that have the same dream and goal like you are. Only then, we can embraced our dreams together even though there will be so many obstacles between the success and us.

Embracing the Star!!
